Traits That Must Have In People Who Demand Knowledge

WORD of science, maybe already familiar to us. Because most of Indonesia's population since childhood have been introduced to science. Both natural, social, cultural, political and other sciences that the author cannot mention one by one.

The word science comes from Arabic, derived from the inverse word ‘alima-ya'lamu-‘ ilman. ‘Alima as a verb which means knowing. Qurais Shihab explained, the word science with its various forms in the Koran was repeated 854 times.

In the view of the Koran, science is a feature that makes humans superior to other creatures in order to carry out the function of the Caliphate. This is reflected in the story of the first human incident in Al-Quran Surat Al-Baqarah verses 31-32.

Moving on from the verse above, studying is mandatory since I was little. Then every time you want to learn you will find obstacles. This means that we learn to be patient and little by little.

Here are some of the traits that must exist in people who are studying, namely:

1. Aqeedah must be an expert in Sunnah Waljamaah, meaning following the instructions of the Messenger of Allah, following his sunnah and doing good, which means inviting good

2. Iklas and Tulus, in studying the religion of God we must be sincere and sincere.

3. Taqwa, which is to live what is ordered and stay away from the prohibition.

4. Practice their knowledge, seek knowledge is mandatory then after getting knowledge then do not hesitate and stingy to practice it, if not? Then it will be useless.

5. Patience, the last trait that must be present for those of you who are studying is patience. Every journey in seeking knowledge is not always smooth, yes, sometimes you will feel the obstacles and maybe you can think about going backwards. Remember that God will not test us more than the limits of ability.

Besides being obedient to the teacher is also important, why, how come? The answer is yes, because the science center is a teacher, you can also get it from various other sources. For example from books, google, and other learning media. But you know, studying without a teacher, then it's not legal.
