“لَا تَذْبَحُوا إِلَّا مُسِنَّةً, إِلَّا أَنْ يَعْسُرَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَتَذْبَحُوا جَذَعَةً مِنَ اَلضَّأْنِ”
"Do not slaughter yourselves except Musinnah. Unless it is difficult for you, then slaughter the Jadza'ah of sheep. " NARRATED by Muslim (1963).
The Musinnah of the goat is one year old (in the second year). While the Musinnah of the cow is two years old (entered the third year). While the camel is a five-year-old (in the sixth year). Jadza'ah is a sheep that is six to one year old.
8. Techniques of cooking and recipes vary from country to country.
